Privacy - Law 196/2003 - Safeguarding the processing of personal data
Alfageda SRL informs visitors of its website to provide for the protection of personal data in compliance and in accordance with current policy (Code for the Protection of Personal Data - Law 196/2003).
Types of Data
Internet browsing data
When the user visits the site, his/her presence on the site is anonymous.
Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.
This is information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but due to their nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the site and to check its correct functioning and they are deleted after processing.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
Personal data are supplied by the applicant on the SITE only for the sale of the service "ESTA authorization" and used to correspond with it. The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail addresses listed on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender, necessary to respond to requests, and any other data included in the message, and for the provision of the service.
Purposes and Methods of Treatment
The processing of data shall follow principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. The information that you provide will be used for the purposes of the company. The data will be treated by computer or on paper as well as with other kind of support, in accordance with the law.
Nature of conferment and subjects involved
The conferment of data is required to apply for and receive the service and the refusal to provide such data involves the failure or partial interruption of the relationship.
The data may be disclosed to persons outside the company, such as employees, consultants, partners, lenders or other parties only if strictly involved in the relationship.
Right of the Applicant
Under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 each involved (the person whose data are processed by us) be entitled to:
always know what personal data we hold and how they are used; update, add to, correct or delete the data;
request the suspension or object to their treatment.
Holders and Responsible
The holder of personal data is Alfageda SRL.
The responsible in charge is identified in the PDSD reported annually. Currently, the responsible is Alfageda SRL. to which it is possible asking at any time to exercise your rights towards the data controller under Art. 7 of Decree 196/2003,

Waiver of Rights
I have read and understand that I hereby waive for the duration of my travel authorization obtained via ESTA any rights to review or appeal of a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officer's determination as to my admissibility, or to contest, other than on the basis of an application for asylum, any removal action arising from an application for admission under the Visa Waiver Program. In addition to the above waiver, as a condition of each admission into the United States under the Visa Waiver Program, I agree that the submission of biometric identifiers (including fingerprints and photographs) during processing upon arrival in the United States shall reaffirm my waiver of any rights to review or appeal of a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officer's determination as to my admissibility, or to contest, other than on the basis of an application for asylum, any removal action arising from an application for admission under the Visa Waiver Program.
